Polyurethane

Polyurethane is the name of a chemical structure. (poly= Many, urethane = chains).
The polymerization process during which the finished material is produced, is the result of exothermic reaction between two main components (one mainly includes groups of OH and the other mainly includes groups of NCO).
The physical properties, as well as the chemical structure, of polyurethane depend on the structure of the original reactors. The properties of the molecule such as:  the relative molecular mass, the number of functional groups reacting to each molecule and the molecular structure – affect the properties of the final polymer, and hence how it is used.
Thanks to the process, material has been created that offers the flexibility of the rubber along with the hardness and durability of the metal.
